New Year. A New Performance Frameworks

Performance Frameworks (well, me, Glen Knight) has taken the opportunity provided by the last few years of events we don’t need to mention to have wonderful time at home, and with an impending age milestone, to stop, reflect, re-imagine, re-write and re-create a new Performance Frameworks.

Performance Frameworks is back with great Learning Workshops (all updated, some entirely new), vibrant new Learning Workbooks (now in landscape, which works better than portrait, for some reason), introducing new Application Guides. Our learning now better integrates a world and lifetime of knowledge, learning and implementation skills.

Of course, there is a new logo. (I know, there is always have a new logo with a relaunch), but the new logo reflects our focus on results, more importantly, incorporation of ‘Green Stream Thinking’ into everything we do (more to follow on ‘GST’) and our focus on Execution. The arrow represents improvement and results - we call it ‘Focussed Improvement’, and the chart reflects ‘Green Stream Thinking.’

There is a new website. New resources. A new, better experience, with a focus on fun, execution and achieving results for organisations. We look forward to sharing. And I promise to stop talking in the plural, we, and re-engage with all colleagues, friends, and looking forward to meeting new colleagues and friends.

Visit www.performanceframeworks.com to see what we do and experience our different way of business improvement.
